We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with 2 queen size beds. The staff was amiable and exceptional and the owner too. The hotel's location was STUNNING, just next door to the Clearfield theater, the downtown area of Clearfield and the Amtrak Auto transport to Florida. Had dinner at Moena, set 5 mins away on foot.

Exploring the quaint town, we stumbled upon a delightful fall festival and attended a serene Sunday Mass at St Andrews Church nearby. the cozy atmosphere of the house was filled with love and warmth in every corner, and Peggy's farm-to-table breakfast was a delightful experience, reminiscent of sharing a meal with a dear friend.

The Victorian charm of the decor at this lovely bed and breakfast truly warmed my heart. the elegant dining room with its antique silver and china place-settings under the crystal chandelier made me feel like I was back in a bygone era. the cozy common areas and accessible layout were perfect for senior guests like myself, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere to relax and socialize.
More seating options in common areas for seniors would enhance the overall experience.
